Sauteed Asian Greens in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
1 bundle of Chinese Cabbage - Pechay
1 cup of tomato sauce
garlic
onion
1/4 cup of ground meat
Procedure:
Saute garlic, onion and ground meat. Cook until brown and tender
Add tomato sauce and cook for 3-5mins.
Add Chinese Cabbage and cook for 3mins.
Serve with rice.
